James J. Nutaro
Dr. James Nutaro is a Distinguished R&D Scientist in the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He holds a BS, MS, and PhD in computer engineering from the University of Arizona and is a member of the IEEE and Society for Computer Simulation International. Dr. Nutaro serves as an associate editor for the journals SIMULATION: Transactions of the Society for Modeling & Simulation International and the ACM Transactions on Modeling and Computer Simulation (TOMACS). His research interests include modeling methods, simulation algorithms for hybrid and discrete event systems, high performance computing, and the use of simulation for improving software reliability.
