Omitaomu elevated to IEEE senior rank

Olufemi (Femi) Omitaomu of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Climate Change Science and Urban Dynamics Institutes (CCSI and UDI) has been elevated to the grade of IEEE Senior Member.
